Practice Lead - Town Planning/Urban Design/Landscape Architecture Sunshine CoastPlanned Resources are working with a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy looking for someone to lead their Place & Development team on Sunshine Coast - a team of around 5-6 staff.
This is a genuine leadership role where you'll be running the business and not just delivering projects.You'll take ownership of the team's people, clients, commercials and pipeline.
Those with Town Planning, Urban Design or Landscape Architecture backgrounds are strongly relevant – leadership and commercial capability count for more than technical specialism here.
Experience with masterplanned communities will be highly regarded.The RoleLeading and developing a team of 5-6 staffOwning key client relationships and identifying new opportunitiesDriving the pipeline - tenders,



proposals and fee submissionsOverseeing delivery on major projects, including quality and commercial outccomesKeeping an eye on revenue, utilisation, profitability and forecastingMentoring emerging and senior team membersRepresenting the business with clients and industry contactsAbout YouCurrently an Associate Director, Associate, Principal or existing Practice/Studio lead ready for broader leadershipOr a Senior Town Planner/Landscape Architect/Urban Designer with strong client and team leadership experienceTrack record managing skilled teams and client relationshipsCommercially switched on - budgets, utilisation, forecasting and BDRelevant tertiary qualifications; SEQ relationships a bonus, not essential.
