pricing and reconciliationsIdentify opportunities to add value and support business growthAssist with business development and the growth of existing client relationshipsContribute to process improvement within an increasingly digitalised environmentAbout You:We are looking for someone who is confident working with customers and has the ability to build strong relationships while managing multiple priorities.You will ideally have:Previous experience in Product Support, Account Management, Client Services, Customer Service, Sales Support or a similar client-facing roleStrong communication and relationship-management skillsExcellent attention to detail, organisational and administrative skillsA proactive, solutions-focused approachConfidence working with internal and external stakeholdersAn interest in the pharmaceutical, scientific or manufacturing industryTertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, such as pharmacy, science or allied healthPrevious pharmaceutical, pharmacy, manufacturing or scientific experience, highly regardedWhat's on Offer?
