depending on experienceFully maintained company vehicleRegular performance and salary reviewsDirect working relationship with the DirectorGenuine autonomy and responsibilityMix of office and site-based workStrong pipeline of quality electrical projectsOpportunity to help shape and improve how Gridarc operatesGenuine career progression as the business growsYou'll be joining Gridarc at a stage where you can have a real impact — helping build the systems, processes and structure required for our next stage of growth.Your Role Will IncludeManaging the day-to-day operations of our electrical field teamScheduling and coordinating electricians and apprenticesPlanning labour, resources and upcoming worksReviewing scopes and preparing jobs before commencementCoordinating materials, wholesalers and purchase ordersMonitoring project progress, labour, materials and job costsConducting regular site visitsLiaising with builders, supervisors, clients and suppliersManaging variations and additional worksAssisting with quoting and estimating where requiredFollowing up outstanding works, defects and return visitsEnsuring job notes, photos and documentation are completed correctlyMaintaining accurate jobs and projects within AroFloEnsuring completed works progress through to invoicingSupporting quality assurance and field team accountabilityIdentifying issues and delays before they impact projectsWorking directly with the Director to continually improve operationsUltimately, your job is to keep our electricians productive,



our projects moving and our clients informed.What We Need From YouStrong experience within the electrical contracting industrySolid understanding of electrical materials, terminology and wholesalersStrong organisation and attention to detailAbility to coordinate electricians and apprenticesAbility to understand electrical scopes and project requirementsStrong communication with builders, clients and field staffPractical mindset with the ability to think on your feetProactive approach to problem-solvingConfidence taking ownership and making decisionsCurrent driver's licenceHighly RegardedVictorian A-Grade Electrical LicenceElectrical project, service or operations management experienceExperience supervising electrical field staffEstimating, quoting and variations experienceUnderstanding of job costing and labour utilisationDon't Tick Every Box?
