You will deliver Welcome Training, mentor advisors through onboarding, and run regular lunch-and-learn sessions to strengthen engagement and success.You will partner with Head Office to identify opportunities, resolve challenges and help advisors build sustainable businesses with practical guidance and ongoing support.
