seek.com.au is seeking a hands-on Venue Manager for a large-format coastal pub and hotel on the Bellarine Peninsula.
You will own guest experience, labour, COGS and standards, reporting to the Managing Director.
This full-time role will run bar, bistro, functions and TAB, drive guest satisfaction, set FOH/BOH standards and lead a team while ensuring safety and compliance.
