Fortescue seeks an experienced Trainer & Assessor to join the Solomon mine training team on a 12-month secondment.
Based at Western Hub on an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth, you will deliverOPF training, run competency assessments, inductions and VOCs to ensure secure, compliant operations.
You will build workforce capability, create engaging sessions, and collaborate with operational leaders, while maintaining training records in SuccessFactors.
