Otis seeks an experienced Local Representative (Field Service) to join our team in Lismore. This permanent, field-based role reports to the Service Manager and manages service operations in the assigned area, including call-outs, preventive maintenance, repairs and customer support.

You will work with customers, subcontractors and internal teams to deliver protected, reliable service outcomes while supporting business growth where required.
