Psychologist | Health Psychologist | Children, Adolescents & Adults 2-4 days p/w
Exciting opportunity to expand your skillset, grow as a clinician, and develop expertise in a specialised and rapidly evolving field.
Are you a psychologist who wants the independence of private practice with the support and connection of a team that values growth, learning, wellbeing, and meaningful patient care?
We welcome psychologists who value the shared expertise of a collaborative team across Melbourne, Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.
We currently have space for 1–2 practitioners to join ourMelbourne clinic based in Kew East.
We value long-term commitment and alignment with our mission to help clients achieve lasting change.
With strong referral pathways and a full waiting list, you'll quickly build a rewarding caseload.
Develop expertise in one of the fastest-growing and most interesting areas of psychology.
Gut-brain therapies, including gut-directed hypnotherapy and CBT, are supported by international gastroenterology guidelines and decades of clinical research.
With strong clinical evidence demonstrating meaningful improvements in gastrointestinal symptoms for many patients, you'll have the opportunity to see the tangible impact of your work, often within a relatively short treatment program of 6–10 weeks.
This is a rewarding chance to broaden your clinical skill set, develop specialist expertise and grow as a practitioner in the rapidly evolving field of gut-brain psychology.
About The Gut Centre

We support adults, adolescents and children living with IBS and complex gastrointestinal conditions through evidence-based care, including gut-directed hypnotherapy, CBT and ACT.
The Gut Centre was created to be a place where clinicians can thrive, clinically, professionally, and personally.
