Legal Intern – ******%
We are looking for a motivatedLegal Internto join our team and gain hands-on experience within the legal department of an international company.
Your Responsibilities
Support the Legal team on a variety of civil and commercial law matters, with a particular focus oninternational contract law, commercial law and corporate law
Assist with thereview, preparation and administration of contracts and other legal documents
Support corporate and administrative legal matters, includingdocument notarizations and Commercial Register filings
Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on relevant legal topics
Assist in the preparation ofcontractual and settlement negotiationsand, where appropriate, participate in related meetings
Provide general support to the Legal team on ongoing projects and day-to-day legal matters
Your Profile
Currently pursuing adegree in Law, with a Bachelor's degree completed or close to completion
Strong interest in gaining practical experience in aninternational corporate legal environment
Fluent inEnglish and French, both written and spoken
Pragmatic, reliable and well organized, with aproactive and solution-oriented approach
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different stakeholders
Good attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
