The Criterion Hotel is seeking an experienced cook to join a busy, friendly kitchen led by a Head Chef. You will work in a fast-paced, contemporary setting delivering quality dishes with care and presentation.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a qualified kitchen, is flexible across a 7-day roster, and demonstrates strong communication and food hygiene practices. This role offers a steady 38-hour week within a family-like team.
