SESLHD is seeking a Registered Nurse/Midwife to deliver comprehensive Child and Family Health Nursing for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families with children aged 0–5 years, including home visits, clinic sessions and group work.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate person-centred, evidence-based care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, using culturally secure trauma-informed approaches. The role may involve universal and targeted services.
