Sydney Zoo Pty Ltd in Western Sydney is seeking a Nutrition Manager (Maternity Cover) to lead our animal nutrition program and support our nutrition team. The role focuses on developing and reviewing nutrition strategies, policies, and daily diet planning to uphold welfare standards.

You will supervise diet formulation, monitor intake, and drive nutrition research while training staff and maintaining facilities. Some weekend/public holiday work may be required.
