Orchard, Australia's leading health and wellness agency, is seeking a Technology & AI Enabled Delivery Director to steer the development function across AU, PH, COL, and US.
This senior role, in partnership with the COO, defines the technical roadmap and leads three disciplines—BED, FED, and QA—while shaping client relationships from pitches to delivery.
You will drive AI-augmented delivery, headless architecture, and scalable build practices, mentoring teams and raising engineering standards
