As Branch Manager, you will take ownership of a well-established, high-performing branch — leading a dedicated team, strengthening grower relationships, and driving the branch forward into the future.

About the Role
You will oversee all aspects of branch operations — leading your team, growing commercial performance, and building GV Crop Protection's presence across horticultural crop protection, agronomic services, and merchandise.
You'll be at the centre of the local horticultural community, working closely with growers and industry partners to deliver outstanding service and sustainable growth.
It's a role that blends leadership, strategy, sales, agronomy support and community engagement — a strong next step for an experienced agribusiness professional ready for greater impact.

About You
You're a commercially minded leader who thrives on building relationships, developing people, and delivering results for customers and community.
You'll ideally bring:
Leadership experience in agribusiness, horticulture, or rural merchandise
Strong understanding of horticultural production systems and grower needs
Experience with crop protection, agronomy, or horticultural inputs (highly regarded)
Solid commercial acumen and financial management capability
A proactive, growth-focused mindset
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
A passion for supporting regional communities and Australian horticulture
The ability to lead through influence, collaboration, and accountability
