Endeavour Group is seeking a Head Chef for Archer Hotel in Nowra to lead a busy, community-focused kitchen.
This hands-on role demands strong leadership, culinary excellence, and the ability to drive a profitable operation while mentoring a motivated team.
You will collaborate with the Publican and FOH to ensure seamless service, maintain high standards, and deliver pub classics with creativity.
Market-competitive salary from AU$85k plus super and bonus.
