Job Description
Estia Health is seeking a passionate nurse to deliver high‐quality, person‐centred care in our aged care homes across Australia.
You will assess residents, develop care plans and ensure accurate AN‐ACC documentation while supporting a team of Personal Care Workers.
You will hold a Nursing Diploma with current AHPRA registration and demonstrate solid clinical documentation skills and empathy in daily work.
