We build permanent install photobooths in pubs and clubs that are beautifully designed and based on reliable tech.We're looking for another person to join our growing team of technical support coordinators.Your RoleYou'll be our digital first-responder and backend wrangler.
You'll manage inboxes, monitor booths remotely, and jump in when tech issues need solving - all while delivering a level of service that feels human, friendly, and reliable.What You'll DoRespond to client messages and emails with warmth and professionalismLearn and manage our booth monitoring software and backend systemsTroubleshoot technical issues or elevate as neededTo learn and maintain our software and hardware requirements so issues can be constantly fixed on the go as required.Keep fault logs and event documentation updatedCoordinate with our events and ops team before and during activationsUse digital tools to support backend admin and logisticsVisit venues to resolve technical or hardware issues (when required)Assist with booth installs and learn the technical side of setupRequired AvailabilityMonday 9AM to 11AM.Tuesday from 2PM to 10PMWednesday from 2PM to 10PMEvery Friday either from 12PM to 8PM or 5PM to 1AM (alternating shifts each week)Every Saturday12PM to 8PM or 5PM to 1AM (alternating shifts each week)We'd Love to Hear from You If You...Are confident with computers and pick up new software quicklyDemonstrate intermediate-level computer and technical skills with the ability to confidently learn current software systemsAre a great communicator, especially over email and chatEnjoy problem-solving and staying cool under pressureHave experience in admin, events, hospitality or tech supportAre Queensland-based and able to work onsite when neededLove a mix of solo work and collaborative team energyHave experience with any kind of coding, software development or html (not necessary but ideal)Hirer responsiveness Salary match Number of applicantsYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
