From providing product and styling advice to processing sales and maintaining beautiful displays, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the daily operation of the store.Where you'll make an impactWelcome and engage customers with friendly, personalised serviceAssist customers with product selection and styling recommendationsDevelop strong product knowledge across fashion,
surfwear and accessoriesProcess sales accurately through the Point of Sale systemComplete daily store opening and closing proceduresMaintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentationReplenish merchandise and ensure displays remain fully stockedAssist with inventory management and regular stock countsSupport sales opportunities through genuine customer engagementWork across other Hamilton Island retail stores when requiredFollow company policies, procedures and operational standardsWhat we're looking forYou are friendly, confident and passionate about delivering great customer experiences.
