with kilometre-reimbursement offeredAbout you:These positions are best suited to someone who has:Minimum Certificate III qualification i.e. Individual Support, Aged Care, Community ServicesPreferably 12 months experience working in the Home Care sector, particularly with Home Care Packages and CHSP funded care servicesWillingness to embrace general housekeeping duties as part of your roleGenuine empathy with elderly clients and a passion to work within the community service industryUnderstanding of specialised service delivery within diverse groups, specifically Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, CALD, Veterans, Disability, Mental Health, LGBTI+ and Homelessness.Ready to make an impact?
