Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve sales and profitability targetsManage CRM processes, sales pipelines and lead conversion activitiesDevelop and implement local marketing and promotional campaignsSupport high-value negotiations, pricing and stock managementMonitor customer satisfaction and resolve escalated customer concernsPrepare sales forecasts, performance reports and business insightsEnsure compliance with dealership policies,
consumer legislation and OEM requirementsSkills & Experience:Proven experience managing sales teams within an automotive dealership environmentStrong knowledge of vehicle sales, CRM systems, finance and insurance productsExcellent leadership, communication and negotiation skillsCommercially focused with a track record of delivering resultsStrong understanding of customer service and team developmentSalary range is $75,000-$90,000pa commensurate with experience.
