We are looking for a new receptionist to assist with the busy office and scheduling.Key responsibilitiesAnswering phone calls and responding to customer enquiriesGreeting customers and providing friendly service Booking appointments and coordinating customer visits Handling emails and general administration Following up customer enquiries Liaising with suppliers and tradespeople when required Keeping the reception and office area organised Supporting the day-to-day operations of the businessAbout youFriendly, professional and well presented Confident communicating with customers over the phone and in person Organised and reliable Comfortable using computers, email and basic office programs Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks Experienced in reception or administration (preferred, but not essential) A positive team player with a positive attitudeThis is a casual position - required 5 days a week for approximately 5 hours a day
