Our collaborative environment ensures extraordinary results both inhouse and in our customers' backyards.The Thermoforming Associate position is a hands‐on manufacturing role responsible for operating, forming, and finishing thermoformed plastic components in accordance with quality, safety, and production standards.
This position supports a fast‐paced manufacturing environment and requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Operate thermoforming equipment to produce plastic components in accordance with established specifications, work instructions, and quality standardsPerform finishing operations using hand‐held tools to trim, cut, or modify formed partsConduct quality inspections and identify defects, escalating concerns as neededPerform basic troubleshooting and report machine or process issuesComplete preventive maintenance (PM)
tasks per schedule and documented proceduresAccurately complete required documentation and production recordsFollow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirementsMaintain a clean, organized, and secure work area (5S/housekeeping standards)Assist with training or onboarding of team members as directedMeet assigned production schedules and required departmental hoursOther duties as assigned to support operations
Required Skills and Qualifications
Ability to safely operate industrial manufacturing equipmentStrong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructionsBasic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDependable attendance and punctualityWillingness to work in a high‐heat, high‐noise manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalentManufacturing experience in a production environment
