Maven Dental Hervey Bay is seeking a friendly, organised, and patient-focused Casual Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our team in Urraween.This role is primarily based at reception, where you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in creating a positive experience.

professional service at receptionAnswering patient enquiries in person and over the phoneScheduling and managing patient appointmentsMaintaining accurate patient records and completing general administrative tasksQualificationsWhat you'll bring:Previous dental assisting or dental reception experience (advantageous but not essential)Strong communication and customer service skillsGood organisation and attention to detailThe ability to work well as part of a team in a busy practiceA caring and skilled approach to patient careA genuine willingness to learn, with the confidence to pick things up quickly across both clinical and reception areasAdditional InformationMaven Dental Hervey Bay is an established practice in Urraween, caring for patients from across Hervey Bay and the wider Fraser Coast.Our team looks after a broad mix of patients, from children's check-ups and general dentistry through to restorative and cosmetic treatment, as well as emergency appointments during clinic hours.
