As an ASP Level 1 Project Manager, you will work under the guidance of senior project management staff, taking responsibility for specific project elements whilst developing your capability across all aspects of project delivery.
This role offers meaningful exposure to real-world construction project management and the chance to build a strong foundation in the industry.Key responsibilitiesAssisting with the planning, scheduling and coordination of assigned project activities under supervisionSupporting the delivery of project milestones and ensuring activities progress in line with approved schedulesMonitoring project costs and assisting with budget tracking and variance reportingMaintaining accurate project documentation, records and correspondenceLiaising with site teams, contractors, clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordinationAssisting with the identification and management of project risks and issuesSupporting the preparation of project reports,



status updates and meeting minutesEnsuring compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements on all assigned project activitiesContributing to continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and best practice opportunitiesWhat we're looking forTertiary qualification in construction management, civil engineering, project management or a related disciplineASP Level 1 accreditation or the ability to obtain this qualificationStrong organisational and administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA genuine commitment to health, safety and environmental best practiceAbility to work collaboratively within a team environment and take direction from senior staffAttention to detail and accuracy in project documentation and reportingA proactive approach to problem-solving and learningValid driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites as requiredRelevant experience or internships within construction or project management is desirableWhat we offerNexus Power Pty Ltd is committed to supporting the professional development and wellbeing of our team.
