You will manage fortnightly, monthly and out-of-cycle runs, including monthly bonuses, with hands-on autonomy in a sole-charge capacity.Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will also administer the HRIS system and lead systems integration projects as the business transitions to a recent platform.
