Queensland Physio Group | Mermaid Waters, Gold CoastCasual / Part-Time | 3–4 Days Per WeekQueensland Physio Group is looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Medical Receptionist to join our team at our busy Mermaid Waters clinic.We're a growing Gold Coast physiotherapy group with a strong reputation for high-quality care, sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, and a supportive team culture.Our Mermaid Waters clinic is a modern, purpose-built facility with five private treatment rooms and a dedicated rehabilitation gym.
You'll work alongside a vibrant, friendly and social team treating a diverse patient base, from the general community through to competitive and elite athletes.About the RoleAs one of the first points of contact for our patients,



you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional clinic experience.Greeting patients and managing receptionAnswering phone and email enquiriesScheduling and managing patient appointmentsProcessing payments and health fund claimsGeneral administration and data entrySupporting our physiotherapists and wider team with day-to-day clinic operationsWhat We're Looking ForExcellent communication and customer service skillsA warm, friendly and professional mannerStrong organisation and attention to detailConfidence with computers and learning recent systemsThe ability to multitask in a busy environmentReliability, initiative and a positive attitudePrevious medical, allied health or reception experience is highly regarded, but not essential for the right personWhy Join QPG?
