We're a close, supportive team who care about our patients and each other.The roleThis is a casual role, 3 days per week, (Wed, Thurs, Fri & occasional Saturday) It's split between reception and marketing.
You'll help grow the clinic's online presence and look after our front desk, with extra shifts available to cover leave and busy periods for the right person.MarketingPlan, create and schedule social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)Support email & SMS campaigns, automation and lead follow-upHelp with basic content for our website and promotionsReceptionWelcome patients in person and over the phoneManage bookings, payments and practitioner schedulesCover reception shifts as needed and keep the front desk running smoothlyAbout youMarketing skills or experience,
