ensuring compliance with sanitation regulationEfficient communication with team members for smooth workflowRead the space and team play for effective and efficient workflowUphold Teddy Espresso's brand image and values at all timesAbout youMinimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in specialty coffee roastersExtensive understanding in specialty coffee including Origins, Processing Methods, Varietals and RoastingAbility to cup and score in accordance with SCA standardKnowledge to create brew recipes with the factors of Grind Size, Dose, Yield, Brew Time and TemperatureKnowledge of current and past coffee cultureKnowledge of food safety and sanitation regulationsAbility to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detailExcellent communication and teamwork skillsFlexibility to work weekdays, weekends and holidays as neededStrong customer service skill and problem solving skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
