This is a role for an experienced Nursing Home Manager who can step into an established service, quickly understand what it needs and provide confident, consistent leadership from the outset.Set in a beautiful location, the home provides high-quality residential, nursing and dementia care for older adults.
There is a strong support structure around the service, but the home needs a Manager who can take genuine ownership of its day-to-day performance and provide the stability and direction needed for the long term.Ideally, you'll be RGN or RMN qualified, although an exceptional non-nurse Manager with a Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care and a strong track record of successfully managing a nursing home will also be considered.We're looking for someone who understands the full responsibility of running a nursing service – from CQC, compliance and governance to staffing, occupancy and financial performance – and who can balance strong operational management with a genuine focus on residents and quality of care.What We're Looking ForIdeallyRGN or RMN qualified with an active NMC registrationExceptional non-nurse Managers with aLevel 5 Health & Social Care qualification and significant nursing home management experience will be consideredPrevious experience successfully managing a home throughCQC inspectionsExcellent knowledge ofcompliance, clinical governance, safeguarding and quality assuranceConfidence identifying areas for improvement and putting effective action plans in placeExperience developing and retaining successful teamsGoodbusiness acumen, with an understanding of budgets, occupancy,
