The Grove Academy in Recent South Wales is seeking a Compliance Officer to lead safeguarding and regulatory adherence across our centres. You will work with leadership to uphold child-protected practices and embed quality standards.
In this role you’ll develop policies, oversee investigations, audit processes, and train Area Managers, Centre Directors, and Educators to sustain a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
