We are seeking a front of house receptionist to join our admin team and provide our new clients with compassionate, high-level customer care.

About Us
Dee Wardrop Speech Pathology (DWSP) is a well-established and highly regarded private therapy practice supporting children, adults and families since ****.
We are seeking a friendly, organised and proactive full-time Receptionist to join our welcoming administration team.
The role is based across our Northcote and Coburg clinics.
This is a wide-ranging and people-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy healthcare environment and being the first point of contact for clients and families.
About the Role
As a key member of our front-of-house team, your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming clients and families with warmth and professionalism
Answering phones and responding to enquiries
Scheduling and managing appointments for clinicians
Processing payments and maintaining accurate client records
Liaising with clinicians and supporting daily clinic operations




General administrative duties to ensure smooth practice flow
Full time position, including fortnightly evening or Saturday on a rotating roster
This role is based across our Northcote and Coburg locations, so flexibility to work at both sites is essential.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
Can multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
Demonstrates a positive, friendly and professional attitude
Is tech savvy and comfortable using different email and customer management software systems
Has previous reception, administration or customer service experience (healthcare experience highly regarded but not essential)
