About The Role?
Reporting to the Support Services Coordinator, you will provide high-quality front-line client service and reception support.
You will coordinate enquiries andappointments,maintainaccuraterecords,andassistclients through intake, onboarding, ongoingserviceadministrationandoffboarding.
You will also support clinicians, operational leaders,satelliteofficesandagreed improvement projects.
What you'll be doing
Client service and reception
Provide welcoming and responsive service to clients, visitors and stakeholders.
Support daily clinic operations, scheduling,clienttransactionsandenquiries.
RepresentClearSkyprofessionallyand escape matters appropriately.
Client administration and service management
Support client intake, onboarding, transferand offboarding activities.
Collect,prepareandmaintainclientand clinical information accurately and confidentially.
Keep files,databasesand administrative records complete and up to date.
Operational and team support
Provideadministrative,operationalandproject support as directed.
Collaborate with clinicians and operational staff to support service coordination.
Support satellite-office, workplace,expoandeventlogisticswhenrequired.
Business improvement
Identifyopportunitiesto improve front-line interactions and administrative workflows.
Contribute to capacity-building andbusiness-improvementprojects.
Support agreed changes to administrative systems and processes.
What we are looking for
Essential capabilities
Strongcommunication,interpersonalandcustomer-serviceskills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks andstricttimeframeswhilemaintainingaccuracy.
Competence using Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems and technology.
Criticalthinking,organisationandconfidence monitoring tasks and providing status updates.
Professional and trustworthy handling of confidential information.
Team-oriented approach, ability tofollowproceduresandconstructive response to changing priorities.
Current Australian driverlicence.
Highly regarded
At least one year of experience in a medical, allied health, alliedpracticeor similar service environment.
Undergraduate qualification in business, alliedhealthora relatedfield.
Screening requirements
Queensland BlueCard, orwillingness and eligibility to obtain.
Yellow Card issued by Disability Services Queensland, or willingness and eligibility to obtain.
