We're looking for a skilled Welder to join our manufacturing team and play a key role in fabricating, assembling and finishing quality products for our customers.
About the Role
Reporting to the Manufacturing Lead, you will be responsible for welding, fabrication, assembly and repair activities while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality and workmanship.
This is a hands-on workshop-based role where you'll work closely with production and engineering teams to deliver products on time and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
Perform MIG and TIG welding to engineering specificationsFabricate, polish, assemble and repair metal components and structuresRead and interpret engineering drawings and technical plansComplete grinding,



polishing and finishing work to a high standardConduct quality inspections throughout the fabrication processMaintain production and quality documentationWork safely and comply with all workplace health and safety requirementsSupport continuous improvement initiatives across the workshopMaintain tools, equipment and work areas in a safe and organised condition
About You
You are a trade-qualified welder or fabricator who takes pride in producing quality work and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
Trade qualification in Welding, Engineering Fabrication or related disciplineDemonstrated experience in a welding, fabrication or manufacturing environmentStrong MIG welding and metal fabrication skillsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and specificationsCommitment to safe work practices and quality workmanshipExperience working with stainless steel or aluminiumWelding Certificate 7
