It would suit experienced contact centre professionals as well as health graduates looking to gain valuable experience in a qualified, service-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to enquiries via phone, email and web channels in accordance with established guidelinesAssist healthcare professionals with registration-related enquiriesAccurately record customer interactions and update information within internal systemsMeet performance expectations relating to call handling, schedule adherence, productivity and qualityEscalate or refer complex enquiries to the appropriate teamAdapt your communication style to support customers from diverse backgroundsMaintain strict confidentiality when managing sensitive informationContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the contact centreParticipate in coaching,
feedback and performance development activitiesInformation and Records ManagementMaintain accurate and up-to-date records within internal systemsEnsure documentation complies with relevant policies, procedures and legislative requirementsManage electronic files in line with established records management standardsComplete data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailAbout YouTo be successful, you will ideally have:Previous experience in a contact centre or high-volume customer service environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsThe ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environmentExcellent attention to detail and accurate data-entry skillsA professional, reliable and customer-focused approachConfidence managing challenging or complex enquiries with empathyAvailability to commence on 12 October ****Applications are also encouraged from recent health graduates with strong customer service, communication and administrative skills who are interested in developing their experience within the healthcare sector.We look forward to hearing from you!
