About The RoleAs a Seamstress/Uniform Attendant, you will play a key role in maintaining the hotel's uniform operations.
From coordinating stock and issuing and repairing uniforms, you'll ensure that our team looks professional and ready to provide exceptional service every day.Your ResponsibilitiesManage the issuing of colleague uniformsCoordinate uniforms fittings and conduct basic garment repairsPerform alterations, repairs, and fit adjustmentsExecute a variety of garment modifications including hem adjustmentsConduct thorough quality control inspections on a regular basisEnsure all alterations and repairs meet company standardsMaintain records of uniform sizes to ensure we have adequate stockMaintain accurate records of uniform inventoryEnsure a clean, safe, and organized uniform roomAssist with general housekeeping admin tasks as neededWhat We're Looking ForPrior experience as a laundry or seamstress/uniform attendantHigh level of sewing skills and attention to detailStrong communication and time-management abilitiesHigh level of reliability and professionalismPhysically able to lift and sort uniforms as requiredBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and ExcelFlexible availability including weekends and public holidaysIn return for your expertise and professionalism, you will be rewarded with hotel discounts worldwide, discount car parking, uniform provided and laundered, complimentary staff meals,
