You will be the face of Cobram Small Engines, helping customers find the right products and spare parts while building lasting relationships.
This role offers flexibility for the right applicant and is perfect for someone eager to develop a rewarding career in retail and customer service.Key responsibilitiesProvide outstanding customer service to walk-in customers, offering expert product knowledge and tailored recommendations for small engines, motorcycles and outdoor power equipmentManage spare parts inventory and assist customers in identifying and locating the correct components for their equipment needsProcess sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systemsMaintain detailed product knowledge to confidently explain features, benefits, and specifications to customersOrganise and maintain the retail store environment, ensuring displays are attractive, well-stocked, and properly merchandisedHandle customer enquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and enthusiasmSupport stock management activities, including receiving, checking,
