Tattoo Studio Front of House Receptionist / Studio CoordinatorWe're a new, premium tattoo studio in Brisbane, and we're looking for an organised, confident and personable Front of House Receptionist / Studio Coordinator to become an integral part of our team.This is more than a traditional reception role.
You'll be the first point of contact for our clients and the person helping keep the studio running smoothly day-to-day.
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, confident dealing with people, has great attention to detail and can comfortably juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment.The roleYour responsibilities will include:Managing client bookings, enquiries and appointmentsTaking deposits and managing booking paymentsCoordinating artist schedules and ensuring the day runs smoothlyResponding to emails, social media enquiries and client messagesConducting client consultations and helping clients understand the booking processProviding a warm, professional and welcoming experience for every clientManaging cancellations, rescheduling and general client communicationResponding to and managing Google and social media reviewsMaintaining accurate client and booking informationOrdering and restocking studio and tattoo suppliesKeeping the reception and front-of-house areas organised and presentableLiaising with tattoo artists and assisting with their day-to-day studio needsHelping coordinate stock,



deliveries and general studio organisationAssisting with the overall smooth running of the studioAbout youWe're looking for someone who:Is extremely organised and loves keeping things running efficientlyIs confident, friendly and professional when dealing with clientsHas excellent written and verbal communication skillsHas strong attention to detailCan confidently manage multiple bookings, enquiries and tasks at onceIs proactive and capable of working independentlyIs comfortable having conversations with clients and conducting consultationsHas a skilled and polished presentationIs reliable and flexibleIs confident using computers and booking/admin systemsHas a genuine interest in the tattoo industry and creative environmentPrevious experience in a tattoo studio is a bonus, but absolutely not essential.
