You will manage inbound enquiries and consultations with prospective clients experiencing financial difficulty. Inbound enquiries are fresh/warm leads generated through the website and require quick contact from our consulting team. This is not a traditional cold-calling sales position. You will primarily be speaking with people who have already reached out for assistance. Your role is to be their first contact once they enquire through the website, understanding their circumstances, identifying their needs, explaining the options available to them and helping them move forward with a bankruptcy if it fits their circumstances.

Key responsibilities
Responding to inbound phone and online enquiries in a timely manner
Conducting consultations with prospective clients
Asking the right questions to understand each client's financial circumstances
Explaining bankruptcy, insolvency and financial recovery options in transparent, easy-to-understand language
Identifying when bankruptcy or another insolvency solution may be appropriate
Identifying clients who may be better suited to alternative debt or financial recovery solutions
Following up prospective clients and managing your pipeline through our CRM
Converting suitable enquiries into clients




Coordinating with the wider team and external service providers where required
Maintaining accurate client records and consultation notes

About you
Confident and comfortable speaking with people over the telephone
Naturally consultative and able to build rapport quickly
Commercially minded and motivated by sales targets and commission
Comfortable asking questions about sometimes difficult financial circumstances
Empathetic without being afraid to guide a conversation toward a decision
A strong communicator who can explain complicated information simply
Organised and capable of managing multiple enquiries and follow-ups
Comfortable using CRM systems and working in a structured sales process
Reliable, self-motivated and accountable for their results
Able to balance solid sales performance with ethical client outcomes
