People Partner Manager (Part Time 3 days a week

This role will be responsible for:
You will be responsible for the People Partner function reporting to the Global VP People Partner and the Managing Director and work as part of a Global HR team.
Main responsibilities will include:
Partnering with senior management to provide advice and guidance on all HR and ER related queries'
Provideemployeerelationsandpeopledevelopmentsupport andadvicetothebusiness.
SupportthedeploymentofHRCorporateandBusinessprograms,worksinnetworkacrossallbusinessintheregion,promotesESSandMSS
Coaching management on employee relations including grievances, performance management and performance reviews
Developing policies, procedures, ensuring IR compliance and reporting




The People Partner is involved as early as possible in transformation project and provide integrated human resource services to appropriate groups ensuring people related issues are managed effectively
What we are looking for:
Graduate/PostgraduateinHumanResource
5–10years'experienceinHRbusinesspartnerrole
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillswith stakeholder management skills
Problem solving and strong communication skills,
Ability to work on tight deadlines.
Adapt to changing conditions with the ability to generate effective and practical solutions to new situations and problems as they are presented.
Handsonemployeerelationsexperience
Proven experience with managing EA's
Good excel skills will be advantage for the role
Ability to work under time pressure and at strategic and operational levels
A self-motivated and autonomous worker with a personable, positive, and professional attitude.
