Job Description
Kombu QVM is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and guide the venue's next growth phase.
The role centers on Japanese-inspired cooking, seasonal produce, and building a positive, qualified kitchen culture under the direction of the Executive Chef and management.
You will own day-to-day kitchen operations, including menu development, food quality, systems, cost control, rostering, ordering, food safety and team development.
