Work directly with the Managing Director on $10M–$100M+ commercial property transactions.

Are you ambitious and positive with people, this could change your trajectory.

If you are smart, highly likeable, ambitious and already good with people, you do not need commercial property experience to build a responsible career in it.

You will work directly alongside the Managing Director across major investment sales transactions, institutional client relationships and business development.

From day one, you will be in the meetings, on the calls and involved in live transactions.

This is not an administration role and it is not a traditional junior property job.

You will be involved in:
Institutional client meetings
Buyer and vendor relationships
Matching opportunities with the right clients
Following up leads and progressing deals
Market research and deal preparation
Building your own relationships as your experience grows

We are not looking for the perfect property CV.

You could currently be working in software, cars, residential real estate, recruitment, finance,



B2B sales, account management or something completely different.

Commercial property experience is welcome but not essential.

What matters is that you are:

Comfortable dealing with senior business people
Ambitious and motivated by performance

We can teach you commercial property. We cannot teach personality, hunger or drive.

The last person in this role joined with no commercial real estate experience. He worked directly alongside the Managing Director, built strong institutional client relationships and progressed to Director level.

The pathway is proven.

You will get exposure to major property owners, investors and transactions much earlier than in a traditional agency role.

Property experience is not required. Exceptional people are.
