The Rising Sun Hotel in Richmond seeks an experienced Sous Chef to join our senior kitchen team and help lead the venue's growth.
You'll work with our Head Chef and Executive Chef, supported by a Junior Sous Chef, while developing a close-knit kitchen team.
With a focus on calm leadership during busy services and contributions to menu development, you'll help drive our chalkboard specials and seasonal dishes while maintaining high food safety and kitchen standards.
