WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
7:00am–3:30pm – be home to see the kids
Majority local work across Melbourne's South-East
$45–$60/hr – based on experience
RDO Accrual + Paid day off on your birthday
Fully stocked company van, tools + fuel card
Plenty of variety – residential, light commercial, electrical + air conditioning

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Your days will be varied,



with a broad mix of work including:
Electrical
Residential installations & new builds
High‐end new homes
Renovations
Small-scale commercial installations & factories
Residential service work
Lighting, power & data
CCTV & alarms
Switchboard upgrades
Air Conditioning
Residential air-conditioning installations
Split systems
Ducted reverse‐cycle systems
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
We're looking for someone who:
Has strong residential electrical experience
Ideally experience with small commercial fit‐outs
Is reliable, motivated and efficient
Can confidently run and manage their own jobs
Has the ability to lead and manage apprentices
Has strong communication and customer service skills
Takes ownership of completing jobs efficiently and within allocated timeframes
Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in their workmanship
Has sound knowledge of AS/NZS **** and electrical safety requirements
Brings a positive attitude and great vibe to a small team

Renumeration will be based on experience.
Leading hand position also available for the right applicant, development potential for someone with leadership skills
AC experience or Dual trade - HVAC and Electrical - Experience with Ducted and split system installs
*$2,000 sign-on bonus = $1,000 at 6 months and $1,000 at 12 months
