Supporting the Venue Manager, you will be a hands-on leader who motivates the team, drives performance, and creates memorable guest experiences.You will lead from the front, ensuring seamless service across café, restaurant, and event operations while maintaining high standards of hospitality, food safety, and team engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and inspire front-of-house team members to deliver exceptional customer serviceFoster a positive team culture focused on accountability, development, and guest satisfactionTrain and mentor staff in service standards, coffee preparation, beverage knowledge,
and operational excellenceCreate effective rosters that balance business requirements with team wellbeingSupport the Venue Manager in achieving labour, sales, and customer satisfaction targetsOversee daily venue operations, ensuring compliance with all company policies and proceduresManage guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally and confidentlyWork collaboratively with kitchen, events, and management teams to deliver seamless serviceEnsure consistently high standards in coffee preparation, beverage service, presentation, and customer experienceAbout YouYou are an experienced hospitality professional who leads by example and has a genuine passion for developing people and delivering outstanding service.To be successful in this role, you will have:Previous leadership experience in a busy hospitality, café, restaurant, or premium food and beverage environmentStrong coffee skills, including espresso preparation, milk texturing, and quality controlSound beverage knowledge, including non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverage serviceA proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teamsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindsetExperience with rostering, labour management, and operational KPIsExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressureA genuine passion for hospitality, service excellence, and continuous improvementFlexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and occasional evening functions as requiredWhy Join Us?
