Our client is a recognised leader in the advanced manufacturing of bespoke precast concrete structures.As a Rigger, you'll be responsible for safely and efficiently rigging and unrigging loads, ensuring that all work is completed in compliance with all safety standards and regulations, including duties such as:Assisting with the rigging and unrigging of loads, including the selection, inspection, and use of appropriate rigging equipment.Assisting with crane liftsSafely securing and moving loads using a variety of rigging techniquesEnsuring that all work is completed in accordance with relevant safety standards and regulationsCollaborating with team members to identify and mitigate potential risksWhat's on OfferASAP start for the right person$***** - $*****/hour + OT + superMonday – Friday (Casual position with potential view to permanency for the right candidate)Ample opportunities for overtime due to project-based workAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will:Have minimum 5 years' experience as a riggerHold relevant high-risk work licence (RI or RA)Open Crane Licence (C0) not essential, but highly regardedAbility to pass a pre-employment check including a physical assessment and D&A; screeningHold a valid OHS White CardHave a solid understanding of rigging principles and techniquesFamiliarity with the safe use and operation of rigging equipment, such as slings, hooks and shackles
