Consistency matters enormously in this role.Current driver's licence and NDIS workers checkCert 3 in disability or equivalent or reasonable proof of experience in the areaAre you an experienced support worker with a quick wit and a big heart?

high physical support needs and a outstanding sense of humour, and humour is what drives him.
He's looking for someone who can take a joke, give one back, hold a good conversation and bring some lightness to his day, especially on the tougher ones.
