Northrop Consulting Engineers is seeking a Senior Civil Designer to lead civil design for land development and built-form projects across NSW and SEQ-adjacent regions. You will prepare accurate design drawings and coordinate with engineers, drafters, and project managers in a team-oriented, employee-owned firm.

You will mentor graduates, navigate SEQ standards, and drive the design documentation phase, with a hybrid work setup in Sydney, Brisbane, or the Gold Coast.
