Forum Recruitment – Melbourne Northern Suburbs VICAbout the roleThis role sits within the Facilities Management team and is responsible for delivering high-quality first-line customer service and administrative support across maintenance, security, and asset-related functions.
You will play a key role in coordinating requests, monitoring systems, and ensuring facilities services are delivered efficiently across a broad stakeholder group.
Key responsibilities include:Processing and coordinating maintenance requests through the helpdesk systemProviding responsive customer service to internal and external stakeholdersSupporting invoice processing and financial administration activitiesManaging security access, passes, and system recordsAssisting with reporting, records management,



and continuous improvement initiativesAbout youTo be successful in this role it is essential to have:Experience in facilities management, administration, or a similar high-volume environmentStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasksExcellent communication and customer service capabilitiesHigh attention to detail with a proactive and solutions-focused mindsetConfidence working across multiple systems and stakeholder groupsWhat's in it for you?
