Charlestown Toyota is seeking a Junior Service Reception to join our dynamic team in Gateshead, NSW.
This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operation of our service department.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be instrumental in creating a positive experience and ensuring effective workflow within our busy automotive service facility.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your administrative and customer service skills within a professional automotive dealership environment.What you'll be doingYour key responsibilities will include:Greeting customers warmly and professionally as they arrive at the service reception areaProcessing service requests and scheduling vehicle servicing and repair appointmentsCollecting and recording accurate vehicle and customer informationManaging enquiries via phone, email and in person in a timely and courteous mannerExplaining service procedures and associated costs to customers clearly and confidentlyMaintaining reception area cleanliness, tidiness and organisationCoordinating communication between service advisors, technicians and customersProcessing payments and managing basic financial transactionsMaintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies and proceduresSupporting the service team with administrative duties as requiredWhat we're looking forTo be successful in this role,
