Field Merchandiser – Canberra & Illawarra / South Coast region
About the Role
As our Field Merchandiser, you will support the presentation and organisation of Sydney Tools stores across the Canberra & Illawarra / South Coast region of New South Wales.
Working alongside store teams, you will help maintain merchandising standards, complete display updates, and ensure products are presented correctly and attractively.
This role is ideal for someone who is reliable,



detail-focused, and interested in developing their skills within retail merchandising.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain merchandising standards across allocated store locationsFollow planograms and merchandising guidelinesEnsure products are correctly displayed, faced up, and easy for customers to findMaintain clean, tidy, and visually appealing displaysAssist with promotional displays, seasonal campaigns, and point-of-sale materialsReplenish and organise stock on shelves and displaysComplete merchandising tasks as directed by the store teamAssist with new product displays and store presentation updates
About You
Previous retail, merchandising, or customer service experience preferred (training provided)Strong attention to detail and pride in presentationReliable, organised, and willing to learnGood communication skills and a positive attitudeComfortable working independently and as part of a teamInterest in building a career within retail merchandising
